Author Responsibilities

• Authors should submit only previously unpublished work.
• The paper originality is assessed as well as the topics suitability. Originality of the paper is tested by plagiarism software.
• Authors must ensure that data have been collected in an ethical manner.
• Declare any conflicts of interest.
• Do not make significant changes to your manuscript after it has been accepted without informing the journal editor. Significant changes would include new content, new data, or a change in the list of the authors.
• Do not list people as co-authors unless they have made a significant contribution to the work and will share responsibility and accountability for the results.
• Authors must report any errors they discover in their manuscript to the editor without any delay.
• Find out what your rights are with respect to sharing and using your article after publication.

Editorial Board Responsibilities

• The Editorial Board is responsible for providing guidelines to authors for preparing and submitting their manuscripts.
• Treating all authors with fairness, objectivity and transparency.
• Making editorial decisions and communicating them in a clear manner.
• Establishing a system for effective and rapid peer review (double-blind review).
• The Editorial Board must disclose any conflicts of interest.
• The Editorial Board is responsible for making publication decisions for submitting manuscripts.
• The Editorial Board has a right to refuse the article, which does not fulfil the requirements of publishing ethics.

Reviewer Responsibilities

• Reviewers should provide written, unbiased feedback on the scholarly merits and the scientific value of the work. The reviewer’s assessment of the value of the work should include an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the study.
• Reviewers should provide suggestions on how to make the manuscript more relevant, readable and complete.
• Reviewers should indicate whether the writing is clear and concise, rate the scientific accuracy and originality of the manuscript.
• Reviewers are obliged to treat the author with respect. When they have a conflict of interest with the research they have to make it known to the editors.
• Reviewers have to inform the editor, resp. the Editorial Board about any relevant information that may be a reason to reject publication of the manuscript.
• Reviewers must maintain the confidentiality of the review process – cannot disclose information from the reviewed paper.
